In school today we learned about World War Two. We live close to where many soldiers were buried. We visited the cemetery today. Here is what I wrote in my journal about it:
"WWII was 70 years ago. It almost included the whole world. 17,202 soldiers are buried in the Philippines. When we got to the cemetery it was so hot. I could not believe how many crosses there were. There was a chapel. I like the maps."
